Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti: 200g

  • Fresh parsley (chopped): A handful

  • Salt: to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced garlic, cooking until it turns golden but not browned.

  3. Add red chili flakes and stir for a few seconds.

  4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Toss well to coat the pasta in the garlic oil.

  5. Finish with chopped parsley and a sprinkle of salt. Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In a large pitcher, combine white wine and peach schnapps.
