Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
Ingredients:
Spaghetti: 200g
Olive oil: 4 tbsp
Garlic (sliced thinly): 4 cloves
Red chili flakes: 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
Fresh parsley (chopped): A handful
Salt: to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese: for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced garlic, cooking until it turns golden but not browned.
Add red chili flakes and stir for a few seconds.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Toss well to coat the pasta in the garlic oil.
Finish with chopped parsley and a sprinkle of salt. Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.

White Wine Sangria
Ingredients:
White wine: 750 ml
Peach schnapps: 50 ml
Lemon-lime soda: 2 cups
Sliced fruits (oranges, lemons, limes, apples): 2 cups
Instructions:
In a large pitcher, combine white wine and peach schnapps.
Add sliced fruits and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Just before serving, add lemon-lime soda for a refreshing fizz.
Lemon Sorbet
Ingredients:
Freshly squeezed lemon juice: 1 cup
Sugar: 1 cup
Water: 1 cup
Lemon zest: from 2 lemons
Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until sugar is fully dissolved.
Remove from heat and let it cool. Add lemon juice and zest.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's instructions.
Once churned, transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours. Serve chilled.
